You can adjust "Master Volume", "Microphone ON" and "Microphone OFF" in "Settings" > "Preferences" > "Volume Settings". For details, you can adjust "BGM", "Environment Sounds", "Media Sounds", "Operation Sounds and Sound Effects", "Microphone Sensitivity", and "Voice Chat" individually.
